Subscription

This article applies to the other provisions of the contract for any subscription to which the Customer subscribes via the Platform.

The subscription entitles you to access the purchased courses and learning environment.

The Customer will be invoiced monthly on the same day as registration. If the Customer buys on 15/X/20XX, the next deduction will be 15/X+1/20XX.

The monthly amount is equal to the first amount paid when purchasing the subscription, and this is for the duration stated in the product description.

All subscriptions are concluded for the duration stated in the product description. Subscriptions cannot be canceled early, as the Customer has access to the entire course from day 1. You can read more about this below.

Right of withdrawal

This article only applies to the extent that the Customer is a consumer. If this is the case, the Customer can exercise his statutory right of withdrawal and dissolve the agreement within 14 working days after the delivery (taking possession) of the goods or within 14 days after the conclusion of the service agreement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Any revocation not carried out by the rules and deadlines of this article and the applicable law cannot be taken into account and releases the Seller from any liability towards the Customer.

Suppose the order relates in whole or part to digital content that has not been delivered on a tangible medium. In that case, the Customer expressly agrees that the agreement can be executed immediately. The Customer hereby acknowledges that he or she loses the right of withdrawal if the agreement is performed directly.

If the order relates in whole or part to the provision of services, the Customer expressly agrees that the Seller may perform the services immediately. The Customer hereby acknowledges waiving his right of withdrawal as soon as the Seller has entirely completed the agreement.
